It used to be a useful app, however, since they've introduced the fees, it's became really annoying. People book with the driver in private, without paying the fees. Drivers leave the trip as "available" and when you text them they say it's full and they can't take you. Then cancel the trip, right? It's happened too many times lately and I've decide to stop using the app as it's a waste of time, basically, 90% of the trips that show are not available.🙄

Thr app fills an important niche and works acceptably for that. It has some major issues though, like changing the language of notifications after installing it being nearly impossible, message updating in the app, and just the general navigation of the app being clumsy and cumbersome. You can't copy the adress of locations marked on the map (such as pickup point), nor open it directly in Google maps.

Completely fake app; all are paid reviews. The truth is, the app will show a price, but after contacting the driver, they will ask for double the actual amount displayed on the app. Also, the driver cancels the ride without informing the customer. There is no direct contact with customer service or support.
